At present there are working the following departments Jamia Madnia –
Arabic Department – Under this department, the students are given Arabic education from class first to sixth according to curriculum of Darul Uloom Deoband. After getting education the students are sent to reputed and dignified institute like Darul Uloom Deoband. There are monthly appendage for pedigree students of this department and especial appendage for Arabic fifth & sixth.
Persian Department – This department is as important as Arabic department. In this department, the students are given Elementary education of Persian. There are the elementary books of Syntax & Etymology because a big part of Islamic knowledge and issues of Quran and Hadeeth are in Persian language. So learning of Persian language is necessary.
Memorizing Departments – In this department, the students are memorizer with recommendation and array. About 50 students complete their memorizing every year.
Tajweed Department - It is compulsory to recite the Quran with the correct sound of its letter and their sense. On the basis of statement by Imam Azam R.A. It is compulsory to recite the Quran with Tajweed in Jamia.
Urdu Department – In this department, All the students of Arabic, Persian and theology are made exercise of Urdu reading and dictation.
Theology Department – In this department is also the most important department of Jamia. There are primary students are taught through Noorani primary the identification of letters, issue of grammer, fragment Amm and then the complete Quran Nazra with recommendation. Vocable, Adiya-e-Masura, Hadeeth of prophet are taught with translation. The students become habitual of reciting Quran with Recommendation and array after finishing their Nazra. After the abundance from here the students are admitted to Memorizing Department, Persian and Arabic department.
Ifta Department – In this department, the solutions are seeking in the light of Quran & Sunnah for the daily and usual issues in Muslim’s life.
Oration and Inscription Department – There is organized a consultation namely “Bazm Madni” to develop the vocable and writing skills of Urdu and Arabic language in Jamia’s students. They student make their practice of oration under supervision of teacher after Namaz Maghrib on every Thursday. The writing skills are developed through monthly paper of Arabic and Urdu.
Library – Library is “The back bone” of all institutions. There is a little library in Jamia where the Quran, Hadeeth, Tafseer, Fiqa (Jurisprudence), textual & Non-textual books are available round about 1500. The students and teachers are blessed by the books. A permanent library is required.
Accountancy Office – The record of income & expenses payment of bills, distribution of salary, preparation of annual expense chart and budget belong to this department.
Mess – the arrangement of food and dwelling of external students is done by Jamia. The breakfast and meal twice a day is given to 750 students from Jamia. There are two cooks, one assistant and two directors for mess.
Hostel – The main functions of the department are-
Arrangement of habitat for student of Jamia, distribution of blankets in winter, distribution of seats among all the students, their improvement and doctrine and supervielance of discussion.
Construction – All the constructive work are completed under this department.
Electricity – The function of this department is the arrangement of Generator of Jamia, Tubewell, power supply and van etc.
Propagandism Department – The propagandism department is important department of Jamia. Under this department Jamia is tried to introduce with country and foreign countries by publishing time to time introductory browsers, information of newspaper and spiritual books on various topics. From this department a monthly magazine “Nida-e-Qasim” (R.A) is published.
Convocation Department – According to the statement of Prophet S.A.W. after education the important aim is spreading & convocation of religion, and tell the Muslims rules of Prophet S.A.W. and the orders of the book of Allah. Therefore a committee formed “Islah Muashra” under patronize of Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Qasim Sahab Barakatuhum in Jamia Madnia. Through this committee the teachers and preachers of Jamia wander and roam village to village, town to town and city to city and struggle for improvement of Muslims by their topics and statements. The arrangement of interpretation and translation of Hadeeth of Prophet in the Mosques of city for the elders. This reforms the social system. It gave a large benefit in a little time period.
