Your name is Muhammad Qasim son of Saabit Husain son of Hafiz Mahafooz Husain son of Muhabbat Ali, born in a cognitive family on 20 November 1953 in a very popular locality “Korodiha” of district Bhagalpur. You were the first progeny of your parents. Your grandfather Hafiz Mahafooz Husain was the first memorizer (Hafiz) of the village. He was great patron of education. Your parents made your best doctrine. They got you elementary education in “Madarsa Islamia Aijazia Pathna Bhagalpur”. You got admission in “Madarsa Islamia Gaya” on appetency of your father late Mr. Saabit Husain, late Maulana Talibuddeen Sahib and Qari Saleh Sahib Damat Baraktahum. And there you were taught Soorah Vaqaya, Soorah Jaami, Mukhtasar ul Maani, Takhlees ul Muftah, Qutubi by Maulana Sayyad Arshad Madani Sahib Damat barakatahum (prevenient teacher Madarsa Islamia Gaya) teacher Hadeeth Darul Uloom Deoband, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Sahib Damat Barakatahum (prevenient teacher Madarsa Islamia Gaya) teacher Darul Uloom Deoband. In 1994, you got admission in Darul Uloom Deoband for higher education and studied there for four years and got saturation from prophet hood. Your were taught Bukhari Shareef by Fakhrul Muhaddiseen Hazrat Maulana Fakhruddeen Sahib R.A. and disengaged in 1970.
Doctrine:
After competence, you originated “Madarsa Husainia Baiga wala Bijnor” in January 1971 on order of your teacher Maulana Sayyad Arshad Madani sahib Damat Barakatahum. You had been engrossed for three years in doctrine zealously. Then you visited “Madarsa Asraf Ul Madaris Kalti District Bardwan” on suggestion of your cousin brother Hazrat Maulana Husain Ahmed Sahib Al Qasmi teacher Madarsa Anwaar Ul Uloom Islampur Poornia. You had been doing instructional service in books from third Al Mubtadi to Mukhtsar Ul maani for six years. You were appointed on 20 November 1979 in Madarsa Islamia Shamsul Huda for senior department and later, for doctrine in books of Hadeeth Muslim Shareef, Tarmazi Shareef, Misqaat Shareef and Jalalain Shareef were attached to you. You were renowned for liturgy of Eid & oratory in 1986 at Gandhi ground. You did this job sincerely up to 2012. You became principal on 31 October 2012 of Shamsaul Huda.
Parapharstic services: you outset the system of explanation & translation of Quran after Asr Namaaz at Noori Mosque of Madarsa Islamia Shamsul Huda Patna since 1st January 1980. It was the period when there was no system of Quran explanation among methodical demotic circle in Patna city. But you started this important work in corporate. With grace of Allah, this work of explanation & translation of Quran has been started in about all mosque of Patna city in form of incitation. Hazrat Maulana is precluding himself the public with the teachings of Quran at Noori Mosque, the mosques of city, Mosques of Patliputra time to time.
Imitation and abidance & Caliphate: after inwrought himself with religious education, the thought of heart purification came in mind. You went to Faizabad Tanda (U.P.) on suggestion of your teacher Hazrat Maulana Arshad Madani Sahib Damat Barakatahum Hadeeth teacher Darul Uloom Deoband. and became the disciple of nation devotee Hazrat Maulana Sayyad Asad Madani Sahib Noor Allah Marqada. The period of your Ramazan spent in “Madani friary”. There you had been purifying self contempt for one month. The Nation devotee R.A. had granted you Caliphate in 1997.
Religious education board Bihar and its chairmanship: you have the best and versatile personality. You have a great allegiance with the scholars of Darul Uloom Deoband. You are the great preservative of actuation Jamiyat Ul Ilma and participate its activities. It is the reason that there is renaissance of religious education board in Bihar state like other provinces. For the purpose, there organized a democratic council in 1986 at Ismia hall Patna in leadership of Hazrat devoteed to nationMaulana Sayyad Asad Madani Noor Allah Marqadah. To activate & successful the education board on state level devoted to nation R.A.had announced the home of hazrat maulana muhammad qasim sahib for the chairmanship of education board of Bihar & Jharkhand .the council and all present people vindicated much this name , considering this chairmanship a responsibility for yourself . On indication of your hierarch you toured to all districts of state Bihar and allocated a series of schools for the bright future of new generation.
