The well minded persons know very well that to determine the curriculum on the paper is not beneficial until we are blessed by it. We can lift standard of Madrasa education with the blessings of good curriculum with Mercy of Allah, the employees of Jamia Madania Sabalpur never adopted derctiction to this aspect. They continue highlighted the meeting of conventions and Maulana Muhd. Qasim Sb had been doing our guidance from starting and remind and attract and highlighted the fact time to time. Maulana used to emphasis for its organizations. Within the above program the respected teachers of Jamia had tried to make the education best by their educational and literary service. Besides all the matter, what were the evident policy to exalt the standard of Jamia’s education, were constantly applied. Its some specifications are described below
To exalt the standard of education there is the main role of laborious & brilliant students. Therefore, there is a great prudence at admission in all class of Arabic, Persian & Theology. The related teacher are instructed to keep admission an object to the teacher of Jamia.
To exalt the standard of education, it is compulsory for the teacher that they work with hard work and satisfaction. The superveillance of class room is compulsory. So the management of the Madrasa always kept an eye on activities of the teachers. All the teachers were made responsible that all teachers must superveillance their belonging class except school time after Namaz Maghrib. Whereupon all the teachers superintend regularly the present student in their class and as well as they do after Namaz Isha. Likewise the duty of the head of Madrasa to superintend the moral education for an hour daily except teachings, and report to control department about the teachers monthly. The Pricipal should inspect mid class without for informtion to check out the teachings and teaching methods of the teacher and make them understand or guide for fluctuation.
The following exams are concerned to check out the ability of students and teachers to produce enthusiasm of hard work, for sequence of excellent certificate and turban.
Half yearly and annual exams orally in Persian class, Memorizing and theology are taken by the trained teachers visited from outside. Some books of class from Arabic are examined orally. Some books are examined in written. According to Darul Uloom Deoband the question pater from all the books is given to the students in examination hall.
The upbringing and education is the torch tower for the student throughout the life. This is why that there is a focus on upbringing, culture, characters and applied upbringing from very first day of Jamia’s foundation. The focus is going more and more as the need of time.
